KISS for WMS Rollout

Even during the rollout of new software: Keep it stupid simple. On a Wednesday evening after closing time, the new HESTIA – WMS software is started up with data transfer from the previous system.
The next morning full operation – of course with disturbances, but which could be solved immediately. On the weekend, reworking – the WMS is up and running.
