But, how do digital meetings work? What does it do to us?
In our company, almost 90% of all employees work in a home office. It does work, but slower than usual, you usually need a common appointment, spontaneous meetings between desks, in the corridor or in the coffee kitchen no longer exist.
We miss the spontaneous discussions, the confusion, the direct contact with colleagues, and the video camera (with fake background) doesn’t help either.
All that remains is for us all to hope that we will grow together again after the crisis.
