Measuring equipment management of the technical field service
“IntraTrack is the short form of intranet tracking. The aim is to manage all testing / measuring equipment of Deutsche Telekom’s technical field staff in / via Deutsche Telekom’s intranet. That’s how it has been since 2003.
As with any application, user demands will increase over time (especially in terms of ergonomics), constraints will change due to organizational changes – and everything will always be implemented very suddenly.
Then came IntraTrack² from ClassiX!
The schedule was tight: The new, object-oriented data model was already installed on 16 December and accepted on 21 December 2016.
Since March 2017, IntraTrack² has already been in demand mode in real operation, followed shortly thereafter by the delivery of new equipment. From 3 November, IntraTrack² was fully online.
The agreed completion date for IntraTrack² was held, after the acceptance on December 1, 2017, the regular operation was given.
At the heart of this is lifecycle management with test equipment monitoring (calibration / maintenance) as well as service in the event of a fault and spare parts and accessories orders. This includes the permanent inventory and at the end the scrapping.
IntraTrack² and IntraTrackplietsch – the smart device version for the technician on site – are being continually ergonomically optimized and expanded. The supply of the technical field service with testing / measuring equipment is 100% guaranteed.

Since 2008 we – the Ofa Bamberg GmbH – have been successfully conducting the inventory sampling in the automated small parts warehouse with the help of the Gestin 77 software.
